Updating a Template

You can update the details of a template in the Templates master file, and you can delete templates you no longer require. ??when can you not delete templates??

Open the GL Template File Update screen for the template you want to update or delete.

Refer to "Accessing the Templates Master File".

Optionally, recall a template by selecting FILE | FIND.

Update the template details on the following tabs as required:

Template details - refer to "File - Template - Template"
Sub Account details - refer to "File - Template - T Accounts".

Select FILE | SAVE to save your changes.

To delete the template displayed, select FILE | DELETE.
